Brad's teaching and research interests are in international development, the global economy, and political geography with regional emphasis in Latin America and Asia.

Cathleen McAnneny ~ Professor of Geography, (Ph.D., Michigan State University).

Professor McAnneny teaches geographic techniques, geography of health and disease, physical and environmental geography, and currently serves as the Coordinator for the Maine Geographic Alliance.  Her office is located in the Roberts Learning Center, Room 303b.

Matthew McCourt ~ Assistant Professor of Geography, (Ph.D., University of Kentucky). 

Matt teaches courses in land use, town and regional planning, and Cultural and historical geography.  His research experiences concerns grassroots politics and community geographic information systems (GIS) in rural Appalachia.  Matt's office is located in the Roberts Learning Center, Room 316A.

dave correia

David Correia ~ Assistant Professor of Geography, (Ph.D., University of Kentucky)

Dave teaches courses on globalization, nature-society, historical geography and the American West. His research focuses on social movements and enviormental conflict in New Mexico. He has examined the historical patterns of resource enclosures for Spanish and Mexican land grant communities in New Mexico following the U.S. - Mexican War, race and nature in contemporary state-building in New Mexico, and the history of social movement protest from the 19th through the 20th century.
